2 · Coco's rules

Most Important General rule 1: Keep the exact angle of the photo the same.
General rule 2: Everything named in the removal sections needs to be removed even if located on or near furniture that doesn't change.
General rule 3: DO NOT REMOVE  — Outlets, light switches, vents, thermostats, monitors, televisions.
General rule 4: DO NOT REMOVE or ALTER the material of the listed furniture, such as but not limited to: seating, tables, desks, dressers, wardrobes, cabinets, bookcases, shelving, storage benches, mirrors, patio furniture, fridges, ovens, microwaves.
General rule 5: Never extend or move an object that runs off the edge of the photo.
General rule 6: Where clutter is removed, never replace the surface behind the clutter with a new object.
General rule 7: DO NOT CHANGE ANYTHING that would confuse a buyer when they come see the house in person, such as, permanent fixtures (don't relocate toilets, sinks, windows), and actual house details like floor type, ceiling, walls, doors, cabinets or counters.
Follow these instructions well correctly decluttering the area.

3 · Extra lines for certain rooms

One rule per line, as room: what to remove. Write it as a phrase that finishes the sentence “Remove these items from the image: …”, not as its own instruction. It joins the list only when the detected room matches, so a kitchen line never reaches a bedroom. A line starting with # is ignored. Matching is loose, so “bath” catches bathroom.

“Match” measures each photo and sends the closest supported ratio, which keeps the clean plate from drifting out of alignment with your original.

Above about 6 the browser queues the rest — it allows six connections to one address, whoever is on the other end. kie.ai itself takes 120 submissions a minute and runs 100+ at once, so the ceiling here is the browser, not the service.

Check the result

Looks at the finished plate and says what is still there or what changed that nobody asked for. It never re-renders on its own — it writes the fix as a prompt, ready in Specialized Prompt for that photo.
